Stormwater Inlet Stencils

The Borough of State College Public Works Department recently invited local Boy Scouts of America troops to help in raising awareness of stormwater pollution.

This awareness campaign involved painting a stencil with the phrase: "Dump No Waste, Drains To Spring Creek" directly behind various stormwater inlets.

Since the creation of this campaign, many of these stencils have worn out. The Borough of State College is looking for more groups to help re-stencil some of these paintings.
