Rental Housing Permit Application
All parts and pages of the application are required. Additional information can be found on the Rental Housing Permit page.
Applicants must submit a dimensioned parking plan. Use of the template is optional; applicants may submit their own plan.
Proof of Principal Residence Affidavit – Tenant Only
If a long-term tenant is the principal resident of the property, a signed and notarized affidavit indicating the property is their principal place of residence may be submitted instead of one of the above two items. This form is only available upon request.
