Pay parking violations online at the State College Parking Portal. Parking violations may also be paid and permits may be purchased in person via cash, check or credit card at the Parking Department located on the first floor of the State College Municipal Building, 243 South Allen Street, during regular business hours.
Tax Payments (EIT, LST, and RET)
Pay your Earned Income Tax, Local Services Tax, and State College Borough Real Estate Tax online using the ACI Payments, Inc. portal. Tax payments can also be paid in person at our office located at 243 South Allen Street, State College, PA 16801. Acceptable in-person payment methods include cash, check, or money order.
