Applicants must pre-register with the State College Borough Human Resources Department to be eligible to test. Application materials are made available each year in early spring. A preliminary application form must completed and returned to the Human Resources Department. A testing fee is also required to register. You may pay by check (made payable to State College Borough), pay in person at the State College Borough Human Resources Department, or pay online. Your preliminary application and payment must be received by the registration deadline. If the testing fee payment would create a financial hardship for you, please contact State College Borough Human Resources Department at (814) 234-7115 to request a testing fee waiver.
