- Harris Township

- Halfmoon Township
- Ferguson Township

A comprehensive plan, often referred to as a master plan or a strategic plan, is a detailed document that outlines a community's vision for its future development and growth. It typically covers a wide range of topics such as land use, transportation, housing, economic development, infrastructure, environmental conservation, and community services.

Future Land Use Map
As part of the comprehensive planning effort, CRPA is looking for public input on a proposed Future Land Use Map (FLUM). A FLUM is a planning tool that illustrates the intended future use of land within a jurisdiction. It guides zoning decisions, infrastructure investments, and development patterns over a long-term horizon, often 10-30 years. It is not a zoning map as it does not regulate land use directly. It serves as a policy guide for future zoning and development decisions.
To learn more about the FLUM and to provide input to help shape future land use decisions for our region, please visit the interactive feedback map online.
