Ordinance Violation Fee (Prior to 8/5/24)

Use the ACI Payments, Inc. portal to make a payment for fees assessed for violations of Borough health and neighborhood safety ordinances.

Ordinance Violation Fee (After 8/6/24)

Parking Violation or Permit

Pay parking violations online at the State College Parking Portal. Parking violations may also be paid and permits may be purchased in person via cash, check or credit card at the Parking Department located on the first floor of the State College Municipal Building, 243 South Allen Street, during regular business hours.

Real Estate Tax

Pay your State College Borough Real Estate Tax bill online using the ACI Payments, Inc. portal. Please note the Real Estate Tax portal is only for payment of State College Borough Real Estate Tax bills. State College Borough Real Estate Tax bills can also be paid in person at our office located at 243 S Allen Street, State College PA 16801. Acceptable in person payment methods include cash, check, or money order.

Refuse Bill

Your State College Borough refuse bill may be paid online using the ACI Payments, Inc. portal.
