Officer Commendation or Complaint Procedure for the Public
To commend or complain about the performance of a State College Police Department employee, notify a Police Department supervisor:
- In-person
- Mailing comments via the US Mail
- By telephone at (814) 234-7150
- Via clicking the TAB of either "Commendation" OR "Complaint" and providing all the information in the form
The State College Police Department is proud to provide quality police services to the citizens of State College, College Township, Harris Township, and their visitors. If you had a negative experience with a member of the SCPD that you would like to share, please complete the form here. The SCPD is continuously striving to improve the quality of its service by monitoring the performance of its employees and committed to taking corrective action in those instances where an employee's performance fails to meet acceptable standards. All submissions are sent to the Chief, Assistant Chief, and Borough Manager.
