New Zoning Ordinance

The Borough of State College, with support from national urban planning and land use consulting firm Clarion Associates, is developing a New Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to better implement the Borough’s planning policies and priorities. As of August 26, Borough Planning Commission has concluded its review of the draft ordinance (see: Planning Commission Review) and it will now go before Borough Council. Please continue to check back here regularly for updates during this process.
