State College Police are investigating a robbery incident which occurred between 11:30 pm and 11:45 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2004.
Two male actors approached a lone female Penn State Student as she was walking south on the east sidewalk near the playground area of Fairmount Elementary School on the 400 block of South Fraser Street. Actor #1 yelled "hey where are you going, stop" and pushed her into the chain link fence. Actor #2 grabbed her purse. The woman pulled away, breaking the purse free of the Actor#2's grasp. She then ran south on South Fraser Street, and took refuge in a nearby apartment.
The actors managed to remove a black apron and receipt book with CHILI'S written on them. The receipt book contained US Currency which was earned by victim over the past two evenings.

Description of the actors:
#1: See composite: White male, dark hair, wearing a dark color ski jacket with "puffy sleeves", and ski gloves. Approximately 6'1" to 6'2" tall, skinny build, thin facial features. Black knit cap pulled down to bridge of nose. No facial hair, but did have beard stubble, "as if he needed a shave".
#2 White male, 5'10" in height, medium build, wearing a dark color "Carhart" type jacket, blue jeans, and heavy ski gloves.
