Student Grabbed on Hetzel Street 

September 16, 2004 - On September 15, 2004, State College Police responded to a call from a 19-year-old PSU student. The female reported that she had been walking home in the 100 block of Hetzel Street, just before 11:00 p.m. While walking she was approached by a white college-aged male. The actor was described as 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, clean-shaven, with brown hair. The male had a deep chin dimple and was wearing an orange Texas Longhorn's ball cap. The male asked the victim where she was going and when she responded, "Home," he grabbed her by the wrist and replied, "No, you're not." The victim was able to break away from the male and fled the area. The male did not give chase.  See composite drawing at right.
