Summer Leaf Collection
During the summer months leaves are collected in your organics recycling cart (green-lid cart). If you have opted out of this voluntary program, leaves may be dropped off at the Glenn O. Hawbaker Recycling Center. To sign up for the the organics recycling program call 814-234-7135 or 814-234-7140 to obtain an organics recycling cart free of charge. 

In the fall, the leaf collection schedule will resume due to the high volumes of leaves during this time.
