Property owners are required to provide adequate parking on the premises for all vehicles operated or kept by residents.

Snow Removal

In the event of a snowfall or icing conditions, residents, businesses and institutions are responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow and covering slippery or icy areas with sand or other anti-skid material within 24 hours after the snow stops. Sidewalks are inspected, and failure to comply with this regulation can result in a fine.

The Weed and Grass Control Ordinance requires that grass and/or weeds are no higher than six inches. Both the property owner and the occupant are responsible for compliance and failure to keep the grass and weeds cut may result in fines.
