A Consolidated Plan is completed every five years. Identified in this document are the housing and community development needs and strategies developed to address priority needs over a five year period.

A Consolidated Annual Action Plan is completed each year updating the Consolidated Plan.

Also, every year a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is written that outlines the allocation of the previous year's funds and how the activities completed further the goals identified in Consolidated Plan.
