retail theft suspect

The State College Police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Wine and Spirits store, 230 West Hamilton Avenue, on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at approximately 9:59 am. The suspect came into the store, grabbed a bottle of Captain Morgan's Rum and ran out the exit door. He ran east across Fraser Street and got into a tan SUV with black trim parked on Irvin Avenue. A witness got a partial tag, with the first 3 letters being "JNG".
 
The suspect is described as a white male, possibly high school to college age. He is about 5'7"- 5'10" tall with dark brown hair and a blue bandana on his head. He was wearing a blue flannel shirt with a yellow shirt underneath and blue jeans.
