On Sunday, August 30, 2015 at approximately 10:00 AM, the State College Police Department responded to 310 Gregor Way for the report of a domestic dispute between a husband and wife that lead to a shooting.  Upon officers arrival, a female was found deceased in the home.  The male, the husband of the deceased, remained on scene awaiting the officer’s arrival.  Also on scene when officers arrived was their 19 year old son. 
 
The Centre County Coroner, Scott Sayers, and the Centre County District Attorney, Stacy Parks Miller, were contacted and responded to the scene.  The Coroner pronounced the female dead and has scheduled an autopsy. This death investigation is being conducted by the State College Police Department, Centre County District Attorney’s Office, and Centre County Coroner’s Office.  The identity of the deceased is not being released until additional family notifications are made.  No additional information is expected to be released today (August 30, 2015). 
 
The State College Police Department wants to assure the neighborhood resident’s that at no time, was there any threat or danger to the neighborhood.
