Media Advisory: Borough of State College No Longer Under a Snow Emergency

State College Borough would like to inform residents that the snow emergency declaration has been lifted. 

Please note, that the State College Borough Public Works Department will continue to remove snow from on-street parking spaces in the Borough. The “No Parking: 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.” and the “No Parking: Snow Removal Zones” restrictions will be strictly enforced on all Borough streets. During this time NO on-street parking permissions will be granted. 



Vehicles in violation of parking restrictions and all other non-PA Vehicle Code Violations will be subject to ticketing and towing. 


Ordinance Enforcement wants to remind residents to clear all sidewalks of snow and ice within 24 hours after the storm has ended. Enforcement will begin at 8 a.m. Friday, February 22.
