CC Fraud Suspects

The State College Police in Centre County are investigating a credit card fraud incident. On June 24, 2015 at approximately 8:56pm, a black male entered the Giant Store on East College Avenue in College Township, and used what was believed to have been cloned credit cards to purchase over $1,000 in gift cards. 
 
The male is described as a black male, in his 20’s with an athletic build, wearing a black hat, black t-shirt, and black pants, gray sneakers, and a large cross necklace. He has some facial hair and long bushy black hair coming out of the back of his hat.  He was associated with a female suspect described as black with long black hair, wearing blue jeans, a black sweater, and a white shirt.  The vehicle that the two were riding in was a full size red or maroon SUV, possibly a GMC or a Cadillac Escalade with a sun roof.
