The State College Police Department will be arraigning Matthew Scott Dunlap (age 25) on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 10:30 AM at Magisterial District Judge Thomas Jordan’s office in Centre Hall, PA. Dunlap is charged with numerous offenses to include: Statutory Sexual Assault, Corruption of Minors, Unlawful Contact With a Minor, Obscene and Other Sexual Materials and Performances, and Indecent Assault stemming from an incident involving a (15) year old female victim during summer months at a private residence. These charges are the culmination of an investigation that began on September 28, 2016.

Immediately following the arraignment, Police Chief John Gardner will hold a joint press conference with State College Area School District Superintendent, Bob O’Donnell and Centre County District Attorney, Stacy Parks Miller, to provide further information regarding the investigation.
 
The Press Conference will be held at the State College Borough Municipal Building Community Room located on the second floor and will begin at approximately 11:30 AM.
