The State College Police Department is investigating a Trespass that occurred on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.  At approximately 8:30 pm, a female college student returned from out of town to her residence on the 800 block of South Pugh Street and found an intruder inside of her house.  When the female tried to call 911, the suspect tried to take her phone from her. The male fled on foot southbound on South Pugh Street. It seemed the male had been at the residence for a longer period of time as the female discovered that her bed, underwear and other clothing items were tampered with.  It's suspected the suspect had entered the house through an unlocked window.

The suspect is described as a skinny, white male, around 22-23 years old and 130-140 pounds. He has dirty blonde or light brown hair that was short and wavy, no facial hair, blue or green eyes and was not wearing glasses. The male was wearing a tan or green sweatshirt type coat that zipped up, a t-shirt, blue jeans, and black dancer shoes, carrying a Swiss Army type black backpack with a red cross on it.

If you know anyone fitting this description or have any information regarding this incident to contact the State College Police Department at (814) 234-7150, by email or submit an anonymous tip through our website.
