How Many Points You Have

Each week the Borough publishes a cumulative list of all points assessed to properties and all points assessed to properties during the past week. Find out how many points are currently assessed to a rental property.

Violations Assigned: One Point

  • Dog
  • Failure to remove snow/ice from walks
  • Grass/weed
  • Property Maintenance Code
  • Refuse
  • Roof Occupancy
  • Interior furniture on exterior of property (lawn, driveway, walkway, etc...)
  • Failure to submit a required corrective action plan for properties assigned 5 or more nuisance points

Violations Assigned: Two Points

  • Alcohol (other than furnishing to a minor)
  • Disorderly conduct including noise
  • Drugs
  • Fire Prevention Code
  • Harassment
  • Indecent exposure
  • Noise Ordinance
  • Open lewdness
  • Simple assault

Violations Assigned: Three Points

  • Aggravated assault
  • Aggravated indecent assault
  • Furnishing alcohol to a minor
  • Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
  • Possession with intent to deliver controlled substances or look-a-like substances
  • Rape
  • Sexual assault
  • Statutory sexual assault
