Bike Repair Stations

The Bike repair stations in the Borough include all the tools necessary to perform basic bike repairs and maintenance, from changing a flat to adjusting brakes and derailleurs. Hanging the bike from the hanger arms allows the pedals and wheels to spin freely while making adjustments. Snap a picture with of the QR code with a smartphone for videos on repair and maintenance.

Tools: Philips and flat head screwdrivers; 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 mm Allen wrenches; 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 32 mm box wrenches; Tire levers (2); bicycle pump.

Where to Repair?

 
The Borough installed four bicycle repair stations:
  • Across from the Municipal Building on S. Allen St.
  • Orchard Park  bike path near Bayberry Dr.
  • Westerly Parkway by Welch Pool
  • Dead end of Hillcrest Avenue by bike path

Four repair stations are also available on the Penn State University Park Campus.
