    The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General conducts compliance audits of local government pension plans to ensure that the plans are administered in compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, contracts, administrative procedures, and local ordinances and policies. The last audits were published in November of 2013.

  2. Annual Compliance Forms

    Chapter 7-A of Act 44 of 2009 mandates the annual disclosure of certain information by every entity with is a party to a professional services contract with one of the pension funds of the Borough of State College.
